Health and Exercise Sciences students focus on the interdisciplinary nature of human health, including psychological, physiological, neuromechanical and socio-cultural aspects of movement.

Before students begin their first work term, they will have completed a two-year core program. They start into their co-op term as motivated, focused individuals with demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills to enhance the health and quality of life for the community-at-large.

You can find our graduates working in health promotion organizations, community recreation centres, rehabilitation clinics, professional sport teams, and sport marketing agencies around the world.
